What is Respond?
Respond is the questionnaire workflow. It parses RFPs, DDQs, and security questionnaires, drafts source-cited answers, routes reviewers, and exports in the format the buyer asked for.
What is Tribble Brain?
Tribble Brain is the governed knowledge layer. Teams ask in Slack or Teams, sales uses it for prep and follow-up, and every answer keeps source, owner, and permission context.
Do we start with both?
No. Start with the product that matches the work hurting now. Many teams start with Respond, then add Brain when sales needs the same approved answers.
Are reviewers and SMEs included?
Yes. Reviewers, approvers, and SMEs are part of the response workflow. Sales Agent users are scoped separately when you add Tribble Brain.
What counts as a project?
One completed buyer response package: an RFP, DDQ, security questionnaire, compliance response, or similar request.
Can we add the other product later?
Yes. Start with response automation. Add Tribble Brain when sales, knowledge, or other teams need the same approved answers for prep, live questions, and follow-up.
What should we bring to the conversation?
Bring a recent RFP, DDQ, or security questionnaire, plus the source documents your team already trusts. If you are evaluating Brain, bring three questions sales or Slack cannot answer today.
How is this different from ChatGPT or a generic assistant?
Generic tools draft text. Tribble retrieves approved sources, cites them, routes exceptions to experts, and keeps a record of what was approved. That is what you need when the answer leaves the company.
